How do I make it so my computer can use ActiveX controls?

I've tried a few different options before that don't seem to change a thing. I'm trying to install flash player but a security warning pops up and cancles the download, any experts out there?

You need to enable the Active X control in your browser. For IE you need to go to Tools--%26gt; Internet Options--%26gt;Security Tab and select the Custom level and enable the Active X Control.
