VirusHeat is a rogue antispyware program. It is installed by a very active trojan called smitfraud, also known as zlob trojan. You should be able to uninstall it directly from your Add / Remove section in your control panel, but chances are the trojan on your computer will reinstall it soon thereafter. You will definitely need to update your antivirus program and run a full scan in order to eliminate the trojan. If all else fails, try this:

VirusHeat - another rogue PC security software have just appeared. The symptoms remain the same as its predecessors: AntiVirGear, VirusProtect and many more.
The program is dropped by a Trojan.Zlob while browsing suspicious websites or downloading fake video codecs.
