I cant play videos with my computer?

ive tried to reinstall my video drivers (Nvidia) done every diagnostic check i can think of and i have no viruses that i know of (nortan internet security) can someone please help me???

if you mean videos from youtube etc you need to install the adobe flash player, its free from www.adobe.com and if you mead dvds from a disc you need a codec, you can install vlc lpayer which plays nearly all video formats or download K-LITE codec pack (full version)
Download and run the Adobe Flash Player uninstaller.
