How do I put a password on your computer that you have to use before anything can be accessed on it?

I know to do this you have to go into the security settings, but I dont know where they are or anything. I have Windows XP.

When the computer starts there is an option to enter CMOS menu, go into that menu and go to the Security Settings, there youll get the options for setting up the password , and the password would be asked when the computer starts.

You mean other people's account? I think that you need to go and download some software for it. You can search this kind of software in the net, it's called鍔犲瘑宸ュ叿in Chinese. sorry that i don't know the name for English.
