Easy as 1.2.3,

First you go to you browser TOLL open That,, look for INTERNET OPTIONS open that in that Window look for SECURITY, CLICK on that then look for CUSTOM LEVEL, click on that then look for RUN ACTIVEX CONTROLS AND PLUG INS MAKE SURE IT THIS ONE ( RUN ACTIVEX CONTROLS AND PLUG INS) ENABLE CIRCLE.

YOU SHOULD BE ACCESSING THE NET LIKE A PRO IN NO TIME.
