ActiveX controls required for opening a site are not being installed on my computer.?

While opening a website, I was asked to install ActiveX control. But, after checking the controls on my PC the site advised that since my PC is not allowing installation of ActiveX, I should set the security level of my Internet Explorer to Default Level. But, even after setting security at default level, the ActiveX control is not being installed on my PC.

Go on ActiveX's website and download it off there. If you download it from somewhere else then it is more likely to be a virus!!

What I usually do when trying to add a new program on my computer is to close down my firewall and virus program. Remember to turn it back on after the installation. Hope this helps

but yeah just enable your cookies and secutiry a lil bit more and therea ya go:)
Just install the activex control because only then will the animted featres of that site work. Make sure your security level on the computer is correct as well as this aids in blocking all the spam sites.
